This 1700 sq.ft. condo is completely renovated. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air, SS appliances, gas fireplace, 2 full baths, 1 half bath. Master bedroom (with master bath) has king size bed overlooking the Merrimack River and a love seat (that if needed pulls out to a full size bed) overlooking Plum Island and Salisbury Beach Reservation. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed as well as its own full bath and a private deck area to enjoy a cup of java. Enjoy coffee on the deck off the kitchen in the morning and drinks in the evening. Walk to town for dinner or feel free to cook in. There is a grill down on the patio area and plenty of room for formal or casual dining. This property also includes the use of 2 bicycles. If you need more there is bike shop 1 block away at the Tannery. Sunday mornings at the Tannery are a must. They host a Farmer's Market most of the year. Drive, walk, run or bike to Plum Island. The beach is only 3.5 miles from the house. If you wish to go to the beach you may want to go early as the lots do fill quickly. An absolute must is to go to the very end of the south side of the island and visit Sandy Point. Breathtaking. There will be beach chairs and beach towels provided for you as well. We think you will feel right at home here.

Newburyport is truly a historical seaport for all seasons. This is a thriving community with unique shopping, fine dining, arts, culture, and absolutely beautiful scenary. It's a community with much history, including home of the first Coast Guard Station. Not only is there an abundance of maritime activity. In addition, there are many parks and recreation areas such as the Mass Audobon Center on the way out to Plum Island and the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge at the south side of Plum Island. During the spring and fall migrations, thousands of land and water birds move through this area. In the summer you can take a harbor tour or whale watch, bike to the beach at Plum Island, enjoy free summer concerts/movie or tour the various museums. The summer festival is Yankee Homecoming. It's a 10 day celebration for locals as well as tourists. In the fall there is a Fall Harvest Festival. In the winter the local merchants celebrate with special events such as Christmas Stroll.
