Sorry, this condo has been rented for the summer and fall by a long-term renter. We can only take ski season bookings at this time.
This is a 'ski in and ski out' property just 10 yards from the slopes! It is located on the second floor which allows for a great view and larger rear deck as it's located is next to the stairs. The condo has been heavily renovated and offers a 60 gallon hot water tank (compare that with other condos!), all new plumbing, new shower and toilets, and tile in the bathrooms. The bunkroom sports custom-built ski AND snowboard racks and a custom boot dryer system. Shelves allow plenty of room for your shoes, boots, gloves, helmets, and whatever. Boot trays keep the floor dry and there is a bench so you don't have to try and boot up sitting on the bottom bunk. What could be done in this room for the skier and boarder was done.
Forget your pass code? Shouldn't happen as your code is your phone number! In case that doesn't work there is a backup key, outside, again reachable by your phone number. *If you don't know your phone number, well, you have bigger problems. LOL
The unit sleeps a total of 10 persons without losing closet space like many other units have done. (Guests do have clothes you know!) The kitchen was updated and the refrigerator has an ice maker. Like movies? The 46 inch flat screen TV has both DVD and Blu Ray capability with surround sound. The condo has a 'no questions asked' refund policy and $10.00 in quarters are provided if the on-site laundromat is needed.
