The apartment is fully equipped and decorated in a cozy and modern to make your stay as you are in your own home.
Ideal for rest and relaxation. The residential neighborhood is very quiet with all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies and public transportation, bicycle rental and possibility of water sports and horseback riding.
The best beaches in Menorca are very near the apartment.

Excellent séjour!
Très joli logement dans une copropriété très propre et calme comprenant une magnifique piscine que nous avons beaucoup apprécié (ainsi que les enfants!). Alex le gérant est très sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute. Le logement est très bien équipé, climatisé. Le petit jardin ainsi que la terrasse sont très appréciables. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande!

Great place to stay, well equipped accommodation, gorgeous flower filled grounds and one of the best pools I’ve ever used. Super little beach walking distance. Was too hot for us to walk further afield but found a few good restaurants close by. Alex was very quick to replace a broken kettle and helpful when we had a problem with the lock. Would recommend this property.

Our holiday
We had a lovely holiday here. The villa was well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is within walking distance to the local beach. It was also very quiet, even with other villas occupied close by. The pool is huge and therefore never feels over crowded. Alex was really helpful with all his communications with us. We had a hire car which is essential for your stay here. Ciutadella is not far away and has fabulous restaurants and cafe's. There are also lots of other places especially beaches that are not too far away. Alex made some good recommendations of places to visit and we ate at restaurants he mentioned in his guide book. We will be back!!

Apartamento completo, zona exterior y común tranquila y muy agradable. Apartamento con todo lo necesario y otros detalles que son para agradecer ( sombrilla, hamacas, nevera portátil y enseres básicos). Volveremos.
