About this property

FIORE D'ARANCIO romantic flat - Levanto center,near beach ,shoops and railway

characteristic apartment on the third floor without lift distributed on two floors with balcony on private green not owned. On the lower floor there is a small entrance, a bathroom with a sitting tub, 2 washbasins, toilet and bidet. You then enter the dining room with fireplace and kitchenette; continuing there is a living room with a double sofa bed. through a wooden ladder you reach a loft with wardrobes and the double bedroom. Heat pump heating. Air conditioning.
check in is after 4pm by 8pm and check out by 10am.
Linen is not included and if necessary costs € 15 per person, it is not allowed to sleep in the sleeping bag for reasons of hygiene.
if requested, I can provide a pass to park for free in the center for a fee.
final cleaning is not included in the price and varies according to the days of stay and the number of people and it is payed on your arrive
Heatig in winter costs 5 € for day .

Naturnahe Lage mitten im Zentrum
Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines gepflegten Wohnhauses im historischen Altstadtkern von Levanto. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und äußerst ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick in blühende Gärten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist recht einfach gehalten, aber funktional und gemütlich. Wer die zahlreichen Treppenstufen nicht scheut, wird diese Unterkunft als Ausgangsbasis für viele schöne Unternehmungen in der Region Cinque Terre bestimmt lieben. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Paola war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Als unerwartete Zugabe stellte sie uns einen Anwohnerparkausweis zur Verfügung, mit dem wir - außerhalb der Fußgängerzone - kostenfrei parken konnten.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement
Appartement où on se sent rapidement très bien. Très propre . Situation idéale. Très bon accueil . Nous avons posé la voiture à l’ arrivée et ne l ‘avons plus touchée du séjour grâce au pass fourni par la propriétaire pour la garer et en prenant le train. Levanto est un endroit un peu plus calme que les villages des 5 terres mais vivant , c ‘ est appréciable . Je recommande.

Daumen hoch für Levanto
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, absolut ruhig und doch sehr günstig gelegen (10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten zum Strand, eine Minute zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Levanto ist eine sehr zu empfehlende Alternative außerhalb der überlaufenen 5 Dörfer und bietet alles, was man so braucht.
