In a very quiet area, in the heart of the historic center of Levanto, and 50 meters from the sea of ​​Levanto and the Cinque Terre, you will find this delightful and romantic apartment
'Casa Gelsomino'. Completely renovated and refurbished, the accommodation is equipped with every comfort with pleasant furnishings and attention to the smallest detail. Located on the first mezzanine floor of a semi-detached house with independent entrance, it consists of a beautiful double bedroom, a single bedroom where it is possible to add a second bed, a bright living room overlooking the Medieval Loggia, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable closet. Two televisions are available, 1 of which is satellite.
Delivery to guests of free car permits in public parking areas. Possibility of parking (public) 30 meters from the house.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist top in Schuss und ist ruhig gelegen in der Altstadt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige und sehr zentrale Lage
Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigem Wohngebiet mit engen Gassen. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, das Auto kann da ruhig mit der Parkkarte der Vermieterin kostenlos stehen bleiben. Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt , Levanto ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Cinque Terre.

Gemütliche Altstadt-Fewo in bester Lage
Die Fewo ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt super zentral in der Altstadt von Levanto (50m zum Strand, Supermarkt und zur Pizzeria Bruno). Aufgrund der Parkerlaubnis der Vermieterin (übrigens sehr freundlich) ist auch das Abstellen des eigenen PKW kein Problem. Ausserdem - alle Heranwachsenden freuen sich über stabiles und ausreichendes WiFi...wir 4 würden gerne wieder kommen...Danke für die schöne Zeit...

Très belle location
Nous avons passé 1 semaine (celle du 12 août) très agréable dans cette location à Levanto, avec nos enfants de 8 et 3 ans. L'appartement est idéalement placé pour aller à la mer à pied et se balader dans la ville. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants juste à côté. Dès mes premières demandes, Anna a su répondre rapidement à mes questions. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est vraiment très bien, très propre à notre arrivée (avec les lits faits) et tout le matériel nécessaire pour le quotidien (vaisselle, machine à laver, serviettes,...). Levanto est un très bon compromis entre la mer et la montagne. Nous avons pu faire de bonne randonnées le long des côtes et se baigner dans une eau chaude, sur une plage de sable noir. Il faut savoir qu'environ 90% des plages sont privatisée mais cela ne nous a pas gêné pour trouver une place pour mettre les serviettes. Le gros avantage également est d'avoir une carte de parking qui est remis au début du séjour pour pouvoir garer la voiture sans payer. Nous avons seulement pris la voiture 1 fois dans la semaine pour se rendre à Pise, sinon nous n'y avons pas touché. Nous avons visiter les Cinque terres via le train. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler de cette location à notre famille et amis !
