This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront condo is located at the highly desirable Duneridge Resort. This spacious property is designed with elegant simplicity in mind. The large oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed and a remodeled private full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located on the marsh side. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall that these two bedroom share. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances.

The balcony has unforgettable views of the dunes and the ocean. Relax and watch the waves crash onto the beach! With a large pool, tennis court, elevator, and secure entrances, Duneridge makes it easy to enjoy the good life.

Three Months Rental at Duneridge
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, enjoyed my stay. The view of the ocean and sunrises was especially spectacular. I was disappointed with the peeling and dirty walls as well as the old cooking utensils.

We would stay here again but was not impressed with the cleaning. Had to call maintenance due to a sticky lock. My partner could not open the door. Maintenance did grease the front lock. Also. it was difficult to lock the sliding door to the deck. .

Nice condo, but needs attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 29th year staying at Duneridge using Intracoastal Realty. We have stayed in a variety of condos over the years since some of the owners have sold or taken their condo off the rental market. We love the ocean front balconies, the short walk down to the beach, and having a pool on site. 2306 is a nice condo with potential. There are, however, several issues that the owners need to address: one of the twin trundle beds has a broken frame that makes it dangerous to use; the queen bed frame is also not very sturdy and squeaks and shakes easily; the coffee table is laying on its side with a leg broken off; the showers are nice but the doors do not slide well and the master shower has mold on the ceiling; the stuffing is coming out of the outdoor furniture; the MBR TV sounds like an ultrasound machine; the dryer lint is getting very heavy and needs a good cleaning (fire hazard), the balcony screen door was on the ground and needs to be repaired. I understand it is hard to keep a rental in pristine condition, especially at the beach, but I do believe that if the owner takes pride in his/her condo then so will the renters. We did enjoy the nice kitchen (though there are no baking dishes), and the fact that the floors weren't carpeted everywhere. The MBR bed was comfortable. We also like the fact that the condo was not over furnished like some we have experienced in the past. Too much clutter makes it hard to bring in your own suitcases, etc. We are currently signed up to rent this condo for next year, but will wait to make a final decision until we see if any of these items are taken care of by that time. I will say that when we reported these items to Intracoastal, Maintenance came out to repair what they are allowed to repair. (Most items are up to the owner to take care of.) If these items are addressed, it will be a very desirable condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to advise you about the unacceptable condition of the Duneridge condo #2306 rented for July 3-10, 2021. The condition of the unit was deplorable. We found all ceiling lights in the living room were inoperable. The over-stove lights were inoperable. The closet door in the twin-bed bedroom was laying on the floor. The comforter and pillow for a twin-bed was strewn across the other twin-bed exposing a filthy soiled mattress. A staff member put on a new mattress cover to resolve the issue of the filthy and unhygienic mattress. The mattress should be replaced. He removed the burned-out bulb in the kitchen stove and had no access to replacement bulbs. He notified the office that replacement bulbs were needed since he would be off for several days. Between burned-out bulbs and the 40-watt bulbs in lamps throughout the unit, it is a dimly lit condo. The smoke alarm began chirping and had to be jiggled to stop the noise. The shower door in the guest bathroom was not clean. There is a hole on the inside of the guest bathroom door. A few issues were mentioned in a review posted online in May. We called the rental office who referred us to a maintenance office. A voicemail was never returned and repairs were never made. The condition of the unit was rundown. We would not rent this unit again and don’t recommend anyone else rent the unit. As of the departure date no issues were resolved nor did any staff contact the occupants. There was no staff on duty in the rental office on Saturday at 10am to discuss the issues. Considering the amount of money we paid for the unit, we expected a better maintained unit and a more attentive response.
