Conveniently situated between Nantes and Angers, 15 minutes from the exit of Ancenis on the Paris / Nantes and 45 minutes from the sea or the chateaux of the Loire, facing the lake of 80 ha and Provostière immediate vicinity of the lake of 180 ha Vioreau with its beaches and water sports center, in a listed and protected Natura 2000 The Domaine des Forges is an entire hamlet of 5 ha of the 15th century including a dozen houses of different capacities as well as cottages
