Just renovated and full of comfort apartment.
The house has a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with a large shower and a lovely balcony.

Guests will have free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, heating, bed linen and towels.

Trastevere is just a few minutes by 8 line tram, which stops 5 minutes from the apartment.
Near the apartment you will find one of the most delicious ice cream stores in Rome (Ping Pong) and a few steps walk you can get to the 'iron bridge', crossing the Tiber, from which you can admire Gazometro: a sample of industrial archeology.
Less than 20 minutes by walk, across the Tiber River, is the Pyramid, the MACRO Museum and Testaccio, particular
district with many restaurants and nightclubs.

Next to the house is the 170 line bus , leading to the center of town (Isola Tiberina, Piazza Venezia and Termini) through the side of Testaccio. While a 5-minute walk, in front of the Trastevere station, there are
H line bus or 8 line tram, that arrive to the center of Rome getting through Trastevere, other particular area with winding streets covered with cobblestones and medieval houses.
Around the house there are all kinds of shops and supermarkets.
The house is easily reachable from Fiumicino Airport by train to Trastevere station and then a 5 minute walk, or from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports you can reach Termini station by train ,and from there take the bus H or 170.
On request there is a transfer service with private driver who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
For check-in after 8 pm, there is a 25€ extra fee.
For over 4 weeks reservations, the electricity will be charged to guests and paid according to consumption (the cost is € 0.40 per kw ).
You can not book for over 60 days stays.
