Parking: On street parking. Usually there is no problem at the front of the property. Sometimes on the weekend evenings it might be a bit more crowded but there is always extra room out back on Alder Ct. The Hollywood district with Trader Joe's is 2 miles north. Market of Choice is new and on 10th and Belmont. HMart is now opened on 33rd and Belmont.

Immediate response from the owners upstairs when something was needed. Good hot water and pressure. Good place for doggy to do her business in the backyard. Close to Laurelhurst park. Windows can be opened for flow-through ventilation. Nice breakfast snacks provided. Good instructions from the owners. Only issue was the color temperature of much the lighting, which was way too blue. Should be 2700.Kelvin.

Very comfortable
Took my kids to Portland for a few days to see a Trailblazers game and relax. This place was easy to find and get around from and was comfortable. Having the yard available for our dogs made it even better so I didn't have to leave them at home. Owners were easy to reach and seemed to care about how we were doing.
