**Kahana Reef will begin reinforcement of our sea wall May 2018 and continue throughout the summer months. This construction will not be directly in front of our unit but to the south of it. What to expect? Heavy equipment being brought in and construction noise from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. Use of the pool may be restricted in June and/or July.**

Welcome to Kahana Reef #215. You will enjoy the serenity of this oceanfront condominium situated in the Kahana area of West Maui.

Kahana is north of the hustle and bustle of the Ka'anapali Beach hotel zone and just minutes south of the famed Napili and Kapalua areas. This quiet condominium is one of only 88 units in three, four story buildings. Our unit is on the second floor, in the middle building, offering you solitude and security, with a clear view of the property and coastline.

The property is superbly maintained by an onsite grounds staff, keeping the lushly landscaped property and pool area neat and clean.

Our condo was recently renovated with new carpet in bedroom and refinished bamboo flooring throughout. All new linens and towels, new furniture, kitchenware and small appliances.

Two beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use.

***Please Note***Not suitable for children due to unlocked pool access and an unprotected sea wall that drops into deep water.

***Please Note*** Construction will begin to repair our sea wall in April 2018.

We are expecting daytime construction noise***

Kahana Reef is not a big, “luxury” hotel, but the location couldn’t be more stunning!

We have stayed at Kahana Reef many times and this unit is the best! We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was, how comfortable the king-sized bed was and how artfully decorated it is. We appreciated the small but important touches like beach chairs, snorkel equipment and even laundry soap! We stay here often because it is a small, friendly complex with privacy and spectacular views feet from the waves! Thank you Denise!

Nicely done renovation in a great ocean frontlocation. The condo met & even exceeded our high expectations. Well furnished and stocked. Kitchen well equipped including variety of staples. We loved our three-weeks there and certainly would enjoy returning.

This condo was fabulous! The location was great !

We loved this condo. It had everything in it to make it just like home. We were able to make meals and enjoyed eating out on the balcony with such a breathtaking view. We strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting Maui.

Relaxing vacation on Maui

My husband and I really enjoyed our week here. The apartment was spotless and very well stocked. We come to Maui to get out of the cold and rain, to relax on the lanai and enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean. We were not disappointed, the view was spectacular and we saw humpback whales and sea turtles while lounging on the lanai. The location could not be better, away from the crowds but convenient to everything we needed.

Kahana Reef 215 was AWESOME! Views were outstanding: water crashing on sea wall & FANTASTIC sunsets!

Rainbows greeted us everyday & sunsets amazed us every evening, right outside our door! The sound of waves were so relaxing while the sites of sea turtles & windsurfers were so enjoyable. The beach was just to the side of the complex & our thoughtful hosts had everything stocked in their closet for you to enjoy your time on the beach (ex: masks, noodles, boards). Their generosity extended to info about Maui, chairs, & small, collapsible cooler for picnics you could use while exploring ALL the many beaches & land demographics Maui claims! The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE & bath towels thick and fluffy. Unit was well equip to grill or eat in. We could tell the owners loved their unit & it made you feel at home instantly! Many great touring suggestions were left in the guest book, so be sure to read them & add your own adventures. YES!!!! We definitely recommend this condo to anyone that enjoys the sun, water & exploring beautiful “island discoveries”. We opened our bedroom windows & front door to circulate a most refreshing breeze. Great place for honeymooners, small family (1bdroom & sofa) or retired individuals/couples. Lol, we met all of these in the neighboring condos. Most endearing of all: the customs (ex: removing your shoes before entering) and learning a new language. Much MAHALO!

Beautiful condo is perfect location

We had the most amazing time here! Waking up every morning to the waves crashing on the seawall. Beautiful and classy condo with every amenity you could ask for. Location location location! Small one bedroom condos keep many of the families away. Good place for couple or best friends.

Why Denise Speicher chose Lahaina

We have been traveling to Maui for over fifteen years and have enjoyed discovering the special places on the island during these visits. We began our regular travels to the island by purchasing a timeshare in the Ka'anapali area about ten years ago. In November 2014, we decided to make a perrmanent commitment to this fantastic island and purchased the condo, in one of our favorite areas for beaches and snorkeling.

We feel we made a fantastic decision and believe you will see why Kahana Reef is so special.

What makes this condo unique

After looking at several properties, in West Maui, we discovered Kahana Reef. The moment we walked through the front door our eyes shot straight through the unit, out the expansive glass wall, to a view of the blue ocean and the island of Moloka'i. We knew this was our Maui dream home.

100% refund, if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival.
If cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 30 days of arrival, 50% of the full rental amount may be charged.

If cancelled within 30 days of arrival no refund will be given.
However, every attempt will be made to rebook unit and you will only be charged for days that are not rented.
