You’ll enjoy spectacular views throughout the home, including mesmerizing glimpses of the ski slopes, the Giant Steps Lodge and chairlift, and the stately mountain peaks above. Admire these views further from either of the condo’s 2 private decks, where you’ll really have a front-row seat! After a fun day of skiing or snowboarding, look forward to unwinding in the home’s hot tub or snuggle up with a bowl of popcorn and relax in the deluxe home theater and enjoy a good movie.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a flat screen tv and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom in the loft has a bunk bed that has a full size bed on bottom with a twin on top. It also has a trundle that can be pulled out with a twin size mattress. This is a perfect space for the young at heart. There is also a twin sized bed over the kids work station in the adjacent room in the loft to accommodate and allow for even more private space.

The close proximity of Giant Steps and the convenient shuttle to any place in town allows everyone the ability to come and go as they please. Having an attached private garage, rare in Brian Head, is a perfect place to keep all your equipment safe and you will appreciate not having to scrape the windows and remove the snow from your car if you decide to take a quick trip to one of the two general stores located within 3 minutes of this condo.
