I live in Destin full time. I have owned rental homes and understand what a person would like while they are on their vacation. Our time is so precious now a days with our busy schedules so I want to make sure your time away from your busy schedule is very special.
Why they chose this property
Living here in Destin provided me an inside view of the better homes to purchase. Crystal Sands is a very safe and quiet resort property. It is convenient to all the shops and restaurants and you can walk right out to the beach from your unit. There is plenty of parking at this property too which is another nice plus.

It's directly on the beach and we spent a lot of money to make this a very nice beach home for our family and to those who would like to stay here.
