Welcome to Vista La Sal! We are excited to offer you a place to rest and relax during your adventure in Moab. Rim Vistas townhomes were named for the outstanding views of the Moab Rim. Our corner unit 'Vista La Sal' has SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the majestic La Sal Mountains with Moab's stunning red rock in the foreground from most every room in the condo. You'll love to watch as the sun paints the scenery a thousand colors from the comfort of colorful and well decorated spaces.

Our 1560 square-foot vacation home is equipped with everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Amenities include a full-kitchen with place setting for 8+. The living room has two over-sized windows with commanding views of the La Sal Mountains, vaulted-ceilings, and a gas fireplace. The entertainment center has a 42" LCD flat screen TV with basic cable service and Roku. The patio has comfortable seating, sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon to enjoy the phenomenal views of the setting sun on the La Sals. Also included on the patio are a gas grill and fire pit table. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and private bath. A half bath and laundry room complete the main level.

The upstairs loft features a TV and DVD and is the perfect place for napping on the sofa sleeper or enjoying the gorgeous view of the Moab Rim. Also, on the second level is a bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a twin pullout couch. The second bedroom has recently been converted to a bunk room with sleeping for 4, a great place for kids and their friends, a pack of cousins or siblings! Additionally, there is a full bath.

The enclosed two-car GARAGE provides you with a secure place to store and work on your toys. Additional off-street parking is nearby. Our townhome is located a short drive (5 minutes) south of downtown Moab.

The pools and hot-tub are across the cul-de-sac from our home. Smoking and pets are strictly PROHIBITED in our home or garage.

Great Moab Vacation Home!
A great home with the perfect location. Comfortable beds and all the right features in the home. A nice garage with a tall garage door. My wife and I would relax on the couch watching TV with a nice fire in the gas fireplace and admiring the La Sal mountains after a full day on the 4x4 trails.

Excellent location, responsive owner.
This was our first visit to Moab. The Condo is in an a great location, convenient to both the National and State parks; and the owners were super responsive to questions. If we return in the future we would stay there again.

Everything we needed and more
Great location just outside of Moab and about 15 minutes from Arches NP. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was right there in the condo, never did we say "Oh, I wish there was...." because the condo was fully supplied for even an extended stay. Plenty of towels, pool towels, kitchen towels, soaps for personal use and dishwasher, washing machine and even dryer sheets. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to prepare meals. Our kiddos loved the grassy area just outside the door to play soccer and LOVED catching lizards in the courtyard. Tennis and basketball court, swings, a slide, two pools and a hot tub were easily accessible across the street. We spent only a few minutes checking out the TVs and DVDs because we were loving the outdoor space so much. Our crew of 11 had plenty of space and there were extra sheets available for the pull out sofa and air mattress too. Check in/out was easy, no problems. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Randy and Kristin made their first journey to Moab in college in 1997 and have been enjoying the area as often as possible since then. We now live in Durango, CO and love to spend time in both places mountain biking, hiking and exploring with our daughters. Our kids have really enjoyed earning their Junior Ranger badges at the nearby National Parks, swimming at the rec center, riding bikes are the Bar M trails and are constantly exploring and finding new things around the area. We have also recently begun enjoying stand-up paddle boarding and love the wide, deep Colorado River to make daily runs. We always look forward to our next trip to do more riding and enjoying the amazing views!

What makes this property unique

After a day on the trails, the river or other activities the patio is a fabulous place to unwind with stunning views and afternoon shade! The attached 2-car garage is an added benefit so you can prep bikes, jeeps, 4-wheelers for adventures the next day! The pool is beautiful and again, you have the same great views. The loft area is really nice when children are present because they can play games, read books or watch TV upstairs and give the parents some space.
