Our facility is located in Peschici and overlooks the beautiful Procinisco beach which can be easily reached on foot, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Our apartments are all three-room apartments with sea view for 4 people as follows:
Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, and bathroom.
All apartments have TV, air conditioning (extra), cutlery, crockery.
In common with the other accommodations there are air barbecue and a play corner for children with swing and slide.

Molto buona. La signora Pina è una persona molto disponibile x qualsiasi cosa. La casa semplice ma molto pulita e con una bellissima vista. Dista 5 min. dalla spiaggia sottostante dove la signora Pina gestisce una struttura sulla spiaggia e dove si mangia molto bene. Da provare

Posizione ottima, ottjma la tranquillità, comodità della struttura fantastica, noi ci sappiamo adattare, perché nella casa c'erano alcune cose un po' da mettere a posto, tipo lo sciacquone del water, se lo adoperavi facevi la doccia e il bagno si riempiva d'aqua... e non c'er il Wifi, non importante in una vacanza così, ma se lo si scrive nell'annuncio poi lo bisogna mettere! Oppure non si scrive e va bene uguale! No?

Siamo stati qualche giorno in vacanza ospitati dalla signora Pina che è una persona molto cordiale. È sempre stata disponibile per risolvere ogni nostra esigenza anche per risolvere quei piccoli inconvenienti che durante un soggiorno possono succedere. La casa si vede che è stata recentemente ristrutturata ha tutto l' essenziale per passare al meglio il soggiorno . Complimenti per la pulizia ! il materasso che è rigido ( non come capita a volte di trovare in giro..) confortevole . Posizione ottima, con vista sul mare in luogo veramente di pace. La spiaggia più vicina è a soli 2 minuti a piedi bisogna solo scendere una discesa non ripida. Fanno parte della struttura anche una zona self-ristoro e un paio di giochi per bambini di 2 anni circa. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e probabilmente ci torneremo. Grazie per il soggiorno!
