Our studio is a privately owned condo at Coral Beach near Port Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island and has a view of the ocean from the private balcony.

Beautifully renovated studio with open modern kitchen is equipped with full size appliances. A Dining area is located in the kitchen, and accommodates seating for four.

The bathroom includes toilet, shower and spacious vanity.

Our condo is located on the second floor and just steps away from the white sand beach and the oceanfront pool.

The Coral Reef Beach Bar and Grille is located poolside and oceanfront. They serve up excellent lunch, dinner and appetizers, and offer a kids menu too!! They often have weekly specials, live music or movie night on the oceanfront deck.

Swim in the clear blue waters, or snorkel at the offshore reef, or just relax and laze away on the white sand beach under one of the shady tiki huts at our beach. Rest assured this condominium complex has security cameras and 24 hr. security staff on hand.

With Coral Beach Hotel and Condominiums situated right on the beach you are in walking distance to the Port Lucaya Market Place to enjoy shopping, dinning and entertainment.

This is a true and relaxing getaway with everything at your door step.

Great place to stay.

Me and my gf stayed there for 5 days and had a wonderful time. You walk to the back of the complex and you have a private beach to yourself. It was clean and a 20-25 min walk to Port Lucaya even shorter cab ride. It was fairly close to everything. I would stay there again. Thanks Frank!

Apartment and owners great. Clean and modern. The.grounds are well kept and there is 24 hr security. On site restaurant and bar have good service and meals. Pool area just steps from the beach... A good choice.

Excellent stay at Coral Beach!

Hello, This was my first time vacationing alone and outside of the country. I looked over the reviews and all the information. It was very easy to get to. I felt very safe and welcomed. Everyone on the island was very kind and willing to help. The condo was exactly as described- very clean and cozy. For just me, there was plenty of room/space. The complex is having some construction done, but this is obviously temporary. The island is beautiful with plenty to do or just do nothing and hang out on the beautiful beach. I debated renting a car and am glad I didn't. There are plenty of friendly and affordable taxi drivers.

Coral Beach in Freeport Bahamas

I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the beach front studio apartment on the second floor, at Coral Beach Condominiums and Hotel.

The interior of the unit was well equipped and clean.

However I had a couple of issues when I arrived. The door to the unit did not close. I was not able to lock the entrance to the unit until I received assistance. 2 days later. It seems that the building may have shifted during the last storm. Although it appears the caretaker to the unit was aware of this and should have been taken care of prior to my arrival. I was somewhat uncomfortable with this. However I was not overly concerned because the building has very good security. The elevator is out of service but serviceman are working to get it operational.

In addition the sliding door to the balcony needs care as it does not slide easily. The lock to the balcony sliding door does not lock.

I enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the balcony with a view of the beach and the ocean . The Bahamian people were friendly and often gave a shout out. The Beach bar and restaurant was very enjoyable and food and drinks were served with expertize and courtesy; very pleasant sitting outside enjoying the ambience.

I also appreciated the bus service for grocery shopping every Thursday for a nominal fee and 1 hour.

The weather was just perfect and appreciated by me, a Canadian citizen. I enjoyed walks near by on the safe quiet streets. The plants and green spaces are well cared for despite two recent hurricanes back to back and a tropical storm 1n 2017.

I stayed at Coral Beach on previous visits and hope to visit again.

Everything we hoped for and more!

This was our first experience using VRBO so we were a little anxious going in to our trip even though the reviews for this unit seemed to be positive. I must say were were not at all disappointed! The unit was just as pictured and very well located on a wonderfully private beach. We chose not to do any excursions during the week we were there. Just enjoyed walking the beach each morning and late afternoon and finding different places to eat in between. We did take the taxi to Solomon's Grocery the first day to stock up on breakfast items so we could keep our mornings leisurely. We enjoyed getting to know Queenie the taxi cab driver. She's very sweet and willing to take you wherever necessary. The public bus service is also a great option during the day (for a little less money). Port Lucaya is just a 15 minute walk on the street side or on the beach side. Lots of great restaurants. We found Zorba's to be a very popular place. Good food and reasonable prices. The poolside bar at Coral Beach Hotel is a fun place with great sandwiches and appetizers.. We're hoping to return to Coral Beach next winter!
