3 Bdrm, 3 Bathroom, Sleeps 10 Condo. BBQ and Hot Tub on Deck.

One of the best valued condos in Kimberley! This fully self-contained condo was built in 2001 and has two bedrooms on main + loft with queen bed and two twins. This unit (Kimberley Ridge 110) is one of the larger condos on the ski-hill at 1250 sqft living space. New carpet and a fresh coat of paint on the main floor in Dec 2016 has really provided a clean feeling and light space. Shaw provides Internet 150 dedicated to the condo so it's lightening fast!

I also have two other, side by side, 3 bdrm loft units in Kimberley Ridge (410 and 411) that are available for short-term vacation rental. In Oct 2016, these units were connected at the living room level with a new communicating door creating a 6 bdrm / 6 bathroom, 3000 sqft condo! Please contact for details or visit www.Kimberley.com

All queen beds apart from two twin pull-outs in the loft. The loft has double sink ensuite bathroom. The two bedrooms on main have queen beds and one has an ensuite bathroom.

There are one balcony with private 6-person hot tub, natural gas BBQ, patio furniture and backs onto green space. The condo is a top floor unit and is accessed up four flights of stairs. In-suite laundry and dishwasher.

The kitchen has 10 place settings and all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain! There is ski and golf club storage at the entrance level.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required to confirm with full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. 100% non-refundable payment required within 45 days of arrival. One night accommodation charged for cancellations outside of 45 days except during Winter Peak (Christmas to New Years) and Summer Peak (JulyFest) when initial 50% payment is non-refundable.

Security Deposit Policy: A $500 security deposit is required to offset any chargeable concerns including damage, excessive cleaning or hot tub water changes required from alcohol or food particles in the hot tub. Security deposit will be returned within 7 days with no chargeable issues being identified.
Travellers will be invoiced for online payment through Visa or MasterCard by Cando Venture Corp. doing business as Simply Kimberley. Or through HomeAway Payments. Cando Venture Corp is GST registered with GST No. 806947545.
