On the upper part of Cap-Ferrat in a green and peaceful setting, you find the Pas Maï villa, a Provencal house from the 50´s. South-oriented and therefore it enjoys a a lot of sun. The accommodation is at the garden level of the villa. Fully renovated in 2009 for all the comfort for a pleasant stay. Composed of 2 comfortable bedrooms with their own showers and toilets. The living room spreads out the chimney with sofa, banquette, library with various books, objects and others. En-suite to the living room, the indoor dining room with crockery and cutlery for a pleasant atmosphere during your meals. The loggia opens for outdoor living, to the dining area and relaxation area. A few metres away from the swimming pool, the garden walk around the red fishes pond, in the middle of the fruit trees. The barbecue is ready for BBQs with local herbs and the famous “rosé de Provence” wine. You can expect us to be attentive and discreet to ensure a pleasant stay.
