Newly remodeled home in downtown Fountain Hills. You can walk to all amenities in town or just sit on the patio and watch the Fountain shoot up 560' each hour. The kitchen has all NEW SS appliances, every cooking item needed to entertain. WI-FI & 4 new HDTV's. The Master Suite has a King bed with (Allergy Guard protective bedding) & en-suite bath, there are 2 Guest Queen Bedrooms and a Den/Ofc.. Two full baths with vessel sinks, tubs & showers. Family Room is open to the Kitchen, but the separate Living Room can be a quiet escape to read or enjoy a glass of wine. The Home Office (4th bedroom) is equipped with a desk, paper shredder, lounge chairs to work from here or stay connected to the world. NEW LG High Efficiency Front Loaders make laundry an enjoyable chore. The patio is large (partially covered) with a dining area with grill & lounge areas bordered by flowering shrubs. It's very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by Mountain/Fountain views. Fenced yard for your security and 3 car garage for storage or your vehicles. This CLEAN modern/updated home is fully equipped & set up for vacation, long term renters or RELOCATING families. We have several other fabulous smaller properties, a 2/2 condo & a 3/2 patio home. My husband & I moved from the Midwest in 2001 after enjoying many vacations in Sunny AZ. We lived in far North Scottsdale for 17 years and just moved to Fountain Hills in 2017. Dennis R. Harman, is a Coldwell Banker Realtor and I enjoyed a career in Interior Design before retiring to focus on our several rental properties in Fountain Hills. We also own smaller properties nearby..

Nicely Appointed home!

This was a perfect Winter Retreat for us. Location was great for walking to downtown shops. This home is not sparely equipped like some vacation rentals. Owners made sure we had everything we needed and were easily accessible to us. It is beautifully decorated too!

Perfect Vacation in Fountain Hills

Our friends have always talked about how special Fountain Hills is and recommended we try it. We are so glad we came here. This was our first experience in a vacation rental and we were very happy with this property. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking into town, to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The patio was large with a grill and beautiful views. Everything we needed was stocked for our use and the furnishings were lovely. It was clean and modern and even the garage was immaculate. Truly a 5 star place. We'll be back!

Clean, Comfortable and quiet

We loved staying at this house in downtown Fountain Hills. Everything we needed was provided and we hope to come back next year. Evenings were wonderful on the patio looking at the mountains and Fountain shooting up. We felt it was very private and safe too.

Extraordinary Vacation Home in the Ideal Arizona Location

At the end of my recent stay in Ruth & Deny's home on Desert Sage Drive in Fountain Hills I didn't want to leave. Yes, the Fountain Hills location made their (owners) home highly desirable, but it is also one of those homes that you can't wait to return to after a day of exploring and enjoying the best that Arizona has to offer. The Desert Sage Dr. home was so incredibly comfortable...and it is situated in such an awesome location when it comes to accessing Arizona attractions, events, and every-day services. Everything, and I do mean everything, has been thought of such that you feel totally at home. The furnishings, decor, amenities, and attention to detail make the home instantly cozy with nothing more to plan than your clothes and your tooth brush. Kitchen, dining, bathrooms, bedrooms, living/lounging areas, and even the office and garage are all so very well prepared...with a attention to detail and comfort, and impeccably clean!! And that's just the inside of the home...outside was so beautifully maintained and landscaped with, again, everything considered for patio comfort and enjoyment. Outstanding views of Four Peaks and the adjacent mountain range on the north-facing, covered patio that is shaded and outfitted with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture...and so very quiet! I really appreciated how thoughtful and genuinely considerate Ruth and Deny were, as it went well beyond check in. They were so helpful throughout my stay regarding anything I may need in the home and guidance to the surrounding area. And they were so great to work with regarding my travel logistics. I can't say enough about Fountain Hills, the truly extraordinary home, and the very nice couple that own the vacation oasis on Desert Sage Dr. I'm looking forward to returning very soon!

A Great Place to Stay

Fountain Hills is the ideal winter vacation spot. While quiet and very little traffic, the area offers everything you could want. There is always something going on at the Fountain Hills Park. You can be as busy as you want, hiking, golfing, dining out, concerts, etc. We were lucky to have found such a beautiful house to rent in the area for the winter. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. We have rented numerous places over the past few years and this would rank right up at the top. The owners were absolutely great to deal with. They were a wealth of information for someone new to the area. They were very responsive right from our initial contact to the day we left. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to the fountain. The views from the back patio are stunning, with a view of the mountains and a view of the fountain. We loved our home away from home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated home. It was well stocked with everything one could need. Definitely worth five stars!!!

Excellent Rental Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Desert Sage! It was such a comfortable, spacious house with a beautiful view of the Four Peaks and Fountain from the back patio. It has a large yard that is easily accessible and a convenient 3-car garage. The house is within walking distance to the Fountain and only a few blocks from stores. The Den was perfect for work on the computer and the kitchen was well-stocked with lots of dishes, pans, and utensils. Dennis and Ruth were always available for questions and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would like to rent this house again and would highly recommend it to others!!
