Fattoria 1700 is located in a flat area surrounded by hills where long walks are possible. The building dating back to 1700 was originally a farm of the Marquis Mansi, then passed to the Bourbons and then to the Borselli family, who has lived in it for over four generations. The main body that runs along the via Francigena Lucca - Camaiore is used as a home and has been renovated for about 25 years.

The B&B "La Fattoria 1700" has the following types of accommodation:

n. 1 Quadruple room, located on the first floor, consisting of n. 2 communicating double bedrooms, n. 1 private bathroom and a large hallway for a tot. of 50 square meters. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and carpeted floors. In this type of accommodation, on request, it is possible to add a single bed.

n. 1 Suite, located on the first floor, consisting of n. 2 communicating double bedrooms, a living room, a private bathroom and a large hallway for a tot. of 50 square meters. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and carpeted floors.

N. 1 Triple Room, located on the second floor, consisting of: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and adjoining sitting room, accompanied by a shared bathroom only with the owners of the property. The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle. The bedroom and the living room have a total area of 30 sq m, and have an old terracotta floor in bricks and a wooden beaded ceiling. The sitting room has inside: fireplace, sink, table, chairs and sideboard. In the bedroom there is a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe closet and a fan.

The indicated price includes a rich breakfast with cakes, biscuits and homemade jams, yogurt, savory products, juices, coffee, milk, bread, brioches.

Bath towels and bed linen are also included.

Private parking is available for each room

The rooms do not have a kitchen, but within 5km there are n. 5 restaurants and n. 3 pizzerias for your dinners and lunches.

On the side and back of the building there is a large green space with fruit trees and a garden with private parking.

S. Martino in Freddana is connected with public transport in a satisfactory way with the city of Lucca and Viareggio.
