About this property

Riverview Apartment - perfect for a time well spent with family and friends

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment, just by Douro river. There are three bedrooms and three complete bathrooms, a living room/dining room with a balcony that faces the river, a kitchen and a second closed balcony in the back. There are beds for 9 people (2 doubles, a double sofa-bed and three single beds) and a baby crib upon request.
There's also a garage parking pace for no extra cost.
All we ask for is reduced noise at late hours, tidiness (there are recycling bins just down the street) and that you take good care of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed, please smoke only in the balconies.

The apartment is located in Campanhã, 15 min. on foot from the train and subway station and 2 min. from the bus stop. You can get to Ribeira in 5 minutes by car or bus, though the 25 minute (2 km) walk may be preferable for those who like to go on foot.

We gather all the ingredients for a calm and comfortable stay, so that you can fully enjoy our beautiful city.

LARGE APARTMENT WITH GREAT VIEW
We stayed here for 5 Months, mid-March to mid-April. Great time to visit Porto, not to hot or crowded, and all the trees and flowers bloomed. This apartment is a classic, lots of nice wood furnishings and great floors. Comfy beds and three clean bathrooms. Fantastic view of the river from very large terrace. Host very nice. If you have any trouble walking, Porto in general and this VRBO is not recommended. While it's a short walk to the waterfront bridge area, there is no close grocery store. Apart from that, it was perfect for our extended stay.

Appartements bien place, superbe vue de la terrasse. Appartement grand , nous etions 7, on ne s est pas marché dessus. Grand sejour, grande cuisine, 3 chambres, 3 salle de bain. Tout le confort etait la.

Elegant, spacious modern apt with a fantastic view on the Douro, inside parking , great kitchen and a lovely mile and a half stroll along the river into the beautiful riverfront of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Impressive.
