Providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to seven people, this unique property benefits from being set in its own grounds surrounded by stunning countryside.

Formerly a working brewery, this grade II listed building is set within its own grounds in the tiny hamlet of Kirksanton. Adjacent to the main tower, this wing of the property offers well-appointed accommodation including a contemporary first floor entrance hall with staircase down to a spacious sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen with views of the surrounding fells, a good-sized main bathroom and three bedrooms. Outside, the spacious lawned garden offers guests the chance to relax in the panoramic scenery. Close by, there are numerous walks and the activities and amenities of nearby towns are just a short drive away. Note: This property accepts a minimum stay of 3 nights only and can not accept bookings with an arrival or departure on a Sunday.

The village is composed of a scattering of cottages, farm dwellings and the traditional village pub, set in an enviable position amidst some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain. Situated close to local beaches, coastal walks and many of the nearby conservation areas, this lovely little hamlet is ideal for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors. The local skyline is dominated by the towering peaks of Scafell, Great Gable, Hard Knott, Harter Fell and Muncaster Fell whilst the stunning valleys of Eskdale and Dunnerdale are close by and provide breathtaking scenery throughout the year. Other local attractions include Muncaster Castle, a World Owl centre and the Ravenglass to Eskdale miniature railway.
