The cottage sleeps ten people in four bedrooms which are made up of a ground floor king-size double, a ground floor adult bunks and two second floor family rooms with one double and one single room. There are also two bathrooms, a cloakroom, a first floor kitchen, a first floor utility and a first floor sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, roadside parking for an additional two cars and a tiered garden with a decked area, furniture and a BBQ. Braeside is in an ideal, tranquil spot close to local amenities.

Excellent walking, mountain biking, climbing and watersports opportunities are available locally on Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam and the lovely woodland trails at Grizedale Forest.
