Unit # 114 at the Whaler at Kaanapali, Maui.

Recently upgraded with gorgeous new kitchen including granite counters, custom cabinets, new appliances, plush new carpet and more! This studio ground floor condo has a great location. Just open the lanai doors and stroll out onto the grass to the beach, the pool, the oceanfront barbeque grills. The apartment has a Queen size bed, and a Queen size sofa bed. The unit is completely furnished with everything you'll need, just like the comforts of your own home. Sit out on the lanai and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over azure blue Hawaiian water, or stroll along the beachfront walkway.

The Whaler charges a $20/day Resort Fee, but now parking is free!

Cleaning service after checkout only, however interim service can be arranged in advance if desired.

About Larry Levine

My family and I have been in the real estate business for decades. My father owned his own Real Estate Company, and is now retired. I am licensed in Real Estate in California. When my father first visited The Whaler, he walked into an Open House and bought our lovely studio condo on the spot! We enjoy vacationing, and offering out our various properties to others around the world to enjoy as well!

Why Larry Levine chose Lahaina

The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach is a premier oceanfront location. Right in the middle of famed Kaanapali Beach, it's walking distance to just about anything you could ask for. The weather is great all year round, and the views are awesome. The ocean floor is smooth for swimming, and the people are friendly! And the ground floor location is so convenient!

What makes this condo unique

We have an oceanfront swimming pool and new spa, as well as oceanfront gas BBQ grills for your use. There is a weight room, sauna and a nail/massage spa on property, as well as tennis courts. It sits right across the street from the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, and directly next door to Whaler's Village, a shopping area with restaurants, and even a free Whaling Museum. Snorkeling is just a simple 5 minute walk up the beach to Black Rock where you can find colorful fish, sea turtles, and even an eel! You can para-sail, jet-ski, go for a sunset dinner cruise right off the beach. A quick drive up the road will bring you into historic Lahaina Town!

Perfectly located and everything we needed.

I loved our stay here and dealing with Larry was a wonderful experience. He was super helpful in planning a romantic getaway and even when I had some confusion about my dates, he was gracious and even offered to adjust the checkin and out by a day with little hassle.

I ended up keeping the original dates I asked for but the fact that he was so willing to work with me because he had the flexibility to do so, when he didn't have to at all, well it just really set the tone for this trip.

I will absolutely be returning to my new Maui home.

Very good accommodations in paradise

Maui is my happy place and where my wife and I were married. We have also stayed in Whaler 114 before - so it was easy to return.

This unit is competitively priced and has all the basics you will need for your stay on the island. While the décor is a bit dated and tired, you will be more than comfortable here and there are plenty of extras (beach chairs, snorkels and masks, coolers, etc.) to make your stay as wonderful as you choose.

Larry is easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions you may have.

We had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to return again soon!

Beautiful Property very impressed

I had a great time, this property made this one of my favorite vacation. Property was beautiful and we'll maintained. Beach, restaurants and activities so close by, that I went without shoes most of my stay. I loved the location of Larry's condo and would definitely stay in it again. I am not one who needs a fancy place to stay with so much beauty around me outside, but I can understand some of the reviews that said Larry's condo was run down, the bathroom and the thermofoil peeling off of the kitchen cabinets show a lot of wear and tear. I feel both of these are easy fixes and Larry may not get as many renters if it wasn't for the beautiful secluded area you overlook on the ground floor condo. Again though I would stay there again Just the way it is.

Maui an the Whaler

We love the Whaler and have returned to Larrys Studio for the last 5 years. Its ground level and we rent bikes so the patio works great to secure the bikes. The cookout area is awesome and the sunsets something else. Studio just right for the two of us and the boardwalk just 100ft from the door is a great morning activity on beautiful Ka'anapali Beach. Seems best whale watch time is January and February and the one out of Ma'alaea thru Boss Frogs a good bargain.

Great price!

If you want a completely remodeled unit this may not be for you. If not it’s a real value. We have stayed at the whaler several times and love the ground floor location. Very comfortable bed and kitchen could use some new glassware etc but we made do and had a great time. Larry is super accessible and accommodating. We hope to be back soon. Mahalo. BD Los Gatos CA

Great location

We enjoy the Whaler, this is the second time we have been there. This unit had a nice ground floor location. Very quiet and convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai watching the sunrise and listening to the birds sing. The bed was comfy and most of the basic supplies were provided. The unit does need some TLC and upgrades.
