Casa Don Pepe, is a loved family villa nestled in the foot hills of Marbella.
The Villa has incredible views over the Mediterranean and the local mountain range La Concha.
The Property is set up on a large block of land with a private pool and a large mature garden. The pool is around 12 meters and can be heated up in the cooler months if desired. The pool has a secure fence all the way round.
The Garden is a mature with many flowers and local fruit trees including Figs, Oranges, Lemons and Nesbros a local fruit. We encourage you to use the produce if in season.
The location of the villa is set up on the edge of Marbella (a 10 min drive to the centre) Perfect to escape the hustle of town. The villa has lots of beautiful country side surrounding it and is a wonderful area to explore and walk. , Discover the local goat man who comes around with his flock once a week

En härlig vecka i Casa don Pepe!
Vi har haft en härlig vecka i Casa don Pepe. Trädgården, poolen och uteplatsen var fantastiska. Uteplatsen har hjälpt oss att hantera värmen så inte ens de allra varmaste dagarna var något problem. Vi har även haft god kontakt med både ägaren Robin och trädgårdsmästaren Nicholas. Tyvärr hade det nyligen upprättats en byggarbetsplats på andra sidan gatan så lite lastbilsljud hördes under dagen. Men vi förstod på Robin och Nicholas att detta inte var något de visste om och de bad så mycket om ursäkt för det. Huset kändes välstädat när vi kom. Lite myror stötte vi dock på i köket, men de ställde inte till några bekymmer. Huset ligger en bit från affärer och man behöver ha bil. Men vi har haft en riktigt fin avkopplande vecka. Poolen är stor och härlig och utemiljön fantastisk! Och både Robin och Nicholas är väldigt tillmötesgående. Tack för denna veckan!

We loved staying in casa Don pepe. Kitchen well equipped, wonderful view, fantastic pool and garden.
The pool and garden were fantastic and we spend a lot of time there. It was sooooo nice to meet Nicolai and Olga, two wonderful people doing their Best to make the stay wonderful.

Beautiful, well appointed Family Villa in nice location
We have just returned from our holiday to Casa don Pepe and can not wait to go back. The villa itself is perfect for families of any age. the fence around the pool helped to keep our 18 month old away from the waters edge but was far enough back from the pool edge to be able to sunbathe next to the pool for the adults. The pool itself was a perfect depth. almost able to stand over the entire pool which once again means that parents holding little ones or less able swimmers can feel confident. The sun hit the pool all day and really meant we could make the most of the evening sun as well. Casa don Pepe has a very mature, not over planted, attractive, well looked after garden which also gets sun pretty much all day. More than big enough to handle a family larger than ours. Inside the villa the mix of bedrooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fans enables a comfortable temperature to be maintained throughout. We travelled with varying ages from early 70's to 18 months old and the villa had pretty much everything we could have wished for. We found the internet was capable of streaming movies or tv shows ( important for those Thomas the tank engine requirements ) Downloading was a touch slower but far better than most places I have stayed. The TV is more modern than the pictures show and is now a LED Flat screen. There is also a portable Bose speaker for playing music. As far as the location is concerned the villa itself is very easy to get too. A car is extremely useful due to the peaceful location of the villa. looking out over the sea and Marbella too the distance you really do wish every morning had the same view at home. Taxis were also easy enough to order and did arrive in decent time. Taxis too and from Puerto Banus were under €20. There is a supermarket (La CUESTA) very close ( under 5 min drive ) which is also open on Sundays. great if like us you arrive late Saturday to find the major supermarkets shut on Sundays. Supermarket has more than enough wine, beer and basics to see you through till the wonderful La Canada opens and fills your fridge with goodies. La Canada is also a matter of minutes away. Straight down the hill from the villa is very nice beach restaurant/Bar and quiet beach with parasols and day beds. Marbella is maximum 10 minute drive and Puerto Banus is 15 to 20 minutes. All easily accessible from this location. This part of Spain I know very well and I would not hesitate to go back to Casa don Pepe

Wonderful villa with everything you could want
Beautiful villa with a lovely view and an amazing pool that my two grandchildren really enjoyed. The safety fence around the pool was a godsend as the youngest is only 2. The villa and garden was clean and well maintained by Nicolas Senior, Nicolas Junior and Mrs Nicolas Must have a car but within easy reach of Marbella and Puerto Banus. A little gem of a place that I would recommend to all.

Didnt want to leave
I absolutely loved Casa don Pepe. The garden and pool were lovely and spacious, there was plenty of lounging space all over the house. We had at one point 10 adults, 3 children and a dog and at no point did it feel crowded. The Villa was very well supplied: fridge/freezer, utensils, dishwasher, bbq, mosquito plug ins, chargers, suncream, firstaid kit, books, lilo, dvds, uk freeview tv, wifi, plenty of towels and the list goes on and on. Already planning our next trip to Casa don Pepe.
