No TV but 4G. 70 sqm living room with fireplace, 2 windows facing south, and three double windows to the north. new bedding. clean and equipped kitchen fridge / freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and laundry machine. Rooms with children there is a separate living room of 20 m².
An adult room has a private entrance. the house is oriented North-South.
