Wonderful 4 BD Duplex. Salvador Terrace

Great apartment placed just in the city centre, next to Salvador Square.

It’s an apartment with 150sqm indoors and 80sqm of terraces. It’s distributed over four bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, living room, kitchen and three private terraces with garden furniture. A true privilege.

The access to the apartment is through a beautiful hall that continue to the corridor where are distributed two bedrooms, the two bathrooms -one of them en suite, and a beautiful private terrace.

On the other side of the hall we find the kitchen, fully equipped, a third bedroom and a beautiful living room with dining rea and living area. From the living room, there’s a small flight of stairs to the fourth bedroom and the other two private terraces. Everything decorated and taken care to the detail.

The area where this unique apartment is placed is just in the centro of Seville, at the same Lineros street, a few metres from the famous Salvador Square and very close as well to The Cathedral, Giralda, etc- You could visit the centre without the need of using a way of transport.

Extremely well located property in the town center.
The appartment is 5-10 minutes from Cathedral. In the middle of the commercial centre, so there is a lot of nice shopping around. In front, there was the most famous Bar El Comercio which serves some of the best Churros of the city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with rental was fluid and they were helpful, even to book activiites in Seville. We had a very good time

We loved this place. Not only the city but the comfort of the apartment. We LOVE to sit, relax with coffee or wine. Multiple terraces, large living area, adorable bedrooms and kitchen. Central to everything and extremely safe. 100 percent recommend this for all.
