This stone-built stable conversion next to the owners' home is located just less than one mile from Kirkoswald and sleeps four people.

The Coach House is a lovely stone-built, stable conversion next to the owners' home, 0.8 miles from the village of Kirkoswald, within reach of Penrith. This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double bedroom with en-suite, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a double sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture and an outdoor woodburner and access to private woodland with a fenced pond. The Coach House is a delightful, cosy base for a couple on a romantic retreat.

Fuel, power and starter pack for outdoor woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and booster seat for dining chair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed decked area with furniture and outdoor woodburner. One well-behaved dog welcome on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Spiral staircase to first floor.

Town: Kirkoswald is a lovely rural village situated in the Eden Valley, within reach of the Lake District National Park. Kirkoswald has two excellent pubs, both serving fine food, a 12th Century church and a shop and Post Office. The River Eden runs nearby and the area is renowned for its superb trout and salmon fishing, along with walking, cycling, canoeing and climbing.
