Casa Boa Vista is a beautiful villa situated in a peaceful and rural position on a hilltop with views over the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is surrounded by a mature lawned garden with flowering and scented shrubs and many Mediterranean plants.

The house is located in an area called Mesquita 15 km from Santa Barbara and about 25 from Loulé. It is 25 minutes (20 km) from Faro airport and the coast. The nearest town is São Brás de Alportel.

A beautiful fully air-conditioned villa situated in a peaceful and rural position on a hilltop with views over the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is surrounded by a mature lawned garden with flowering and scented shrubs and many Mediterranean plants.

It has free Wi-Fi.

The accommodation is spacious (200m2) and beautifully furnished and comprises 1 double bedroom, separate bathroom, further double bedroom en suite, another double bedroom and double with single bed (drawer style) and separate bathroom.
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.

There is an entrance hall, large spacious living/dining room with air-conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen. The living room opens out onto a shaded area with barbecue and table and chairs for "al fresco" dining. Further terraces and lawned areas surround the large 10 x 5m private pool (depths 1.90 and 0.60 metres), as well as a children's play area with slide. The pool is fully-tiled with Roman steps leading into it and it has lighting so can be used at night.

Bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning and air-con are all included in the price. The cleaning lady comes once a week.

Pets are welcome. The garden is completely fenced and the fencing is 1.10 metres high.

Superbe séjour à São Brás de Alportel
Une semaine formidable dans cette maison idéale pour un séjour entre amis et avec des enfants. La cuisine extérieure et l'espace abrité autour sont extrêmement pratiques et appréciables. La maison reste à température tempérée même lorsqu'il fait très chaud dehors, et évidemment... la piscine permet d'occuper enfants et parents. Seul bémol, l'absence d'un fond de cuisine à notre arrivée (sel, poivre, huile, etc.). Adilia, la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante pour les modalités d'accueil et de départ. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa.

Superbe maison
Super séjour de 15jours, maison au calme et vraiment très bien équipée tous est a notre disposition( sauf un aspirateur vraiment dommage). Le patio avec cuisine extérieure est plus que top avec de forte chaleur pour ce émettre a l'abri du soleil avec des enfants. Nous recommandons cette maison, et hôtesse d'accueil Mme Mendes super gentil .

Une maison parfaite pour 2 familles !
Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est grande, très bien équipée et très agréable. Elle est parfaite pour 2 familles pour avoir suffisamment de chambre pour tous et de l’espace. Ultra kids friendly! Les enfants ont adoré l’espace de jeux et nous avons tous bien profité de la piscine (sécurisée) mais ausSi de la cuisine extérieure. Vraiment rien a dire cette maison est parfaite. Super bien située, proche de Tavira, Loulé, Olhão et de superbes plages.. comme des bateaux qui amènent sur les belles îles de Farol et Armona. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est adorable.
