House with living room, kitchen equipped dining room, 3 rooms with satellite tv and wifi, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath, equipped laundry, a. to. inverter, central heating, large terrace top chillout area, and lower, more than 1000 m. of garden in which is the children's playground, swimming pool and barbecue, access to housing is prepared so that people with reduced mobility can access without problems, there are 3 accesses, one for people with wheelchairs, also access ramps to the garden and an interior to go to the rooms or to the bathroom.
The house has been completely renovated, but respecting the architecture of Ibiza.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Meerblick
Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit Meerblick in drei Richtungen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details. Es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzer Andres und Barbara sind sehr sehr nett und sind immer erreichbar. Wir verreisen viel und buchen oft Ferienhäuser, aber dieses Haus war besonders schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Andres und Barbara!!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit sensationellen Ausblick
Wir haben mit 5 Personen einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist sensationell. Gleich 3 Terrasse mit Meerblick! Der Pool wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Vermietern, Andres und Barbara, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Eine wunderschöne Finca!
Eine wunderschön-gelegene Finca, die einen traumhaften Urlaub in Cala Ratjada garantiert. Sie ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit einem großen Pool ausgestattet, indem es sich wunderbar aushalten lässt. Von der großen Dachterasse lassen sich traumhafte Sonnenauf- und abgänge genießen. Die Finca liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, von welcher das Stadtzentrum jedoch in 15min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist - zum Strand sind es maximal 20min Fußweg. Ein besonderes Lob an die beiden ganz netten Vermieter, welche alles dafür tun, dass der Urlaub ein einzigartiges Erlebnis wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
