Downtown Minneapolis is more than just the geographic epicenter of the city—it’s the cultural heart too. Sports venues home to the Timberwolves, Vikings, and Twins neighbor the lively nightclubs of the Warehouse District and the neon-lit marquees of the Hennepin Theater District. In recent years, the city’s arts scene has gotten a lot of attention, and for good reason: Minneapolis has more live theater shows per capita than any other US city except New York. Additionally, dozens of eclectic galleries complement the wide-ranging exhibits at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, which showcases everything from Japanese woodcut prints to turn-of-the-century European advertisements.

This was a great home away from home for our group of four.

  • 5 of 5

The location was ideally located for the variety of places in the cities that we were visiting. The sun room was fantastic, even on a colder winter day. On street parking was always available right in front of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed! We hope to stay here next time we’re in town. Thanks Lance for everything!

Charming Home!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here in between moving out of one house and into another. The home is absolutely charming and was very comfortable. Great kitchen, ample furniture and amazing beds (this is a must for a 5 Star review for me!).

Lance, the owner, was so responsive and attentive during our stay. The home is located close to many restaurants and downtown Minneapolis. I will definitely stay here again if I am in town and I highly recommend this property.

Great rental near lots of places to eat and drink

  • 5 of 5

This place had the best kitchen I've ever seen in a rental-love the strong gas stove! Bathroom had lots of little travel sized toiletries, but of course this was the very rare trip when we didn't forget to pack anything we needed lol. Comfy couches and beds.

A beautiful home, a fully stocked kitchen and a great location make this a must!

  • 5 of 5

We spent a long weekend visiting our adult son in Minneapolis. Lance's home was the perfect place for our base camp. It proved convenient to a great Co-op, nice shops and fun restaurants. We enjoyed the wonderful old-world charm of beautiful woodwork which Lance has matched with a fantastic modern kitchen. We had everything we could desire. Lance was available if there was a problem but never intrusive. You cannot go wrong! We hope to stay again.
