A spacious and comfortable villa which occupies a total area of 150m² and can easily accommodate 6 guests and two children.
Located in one of the best places of Mykonos, it is the perfect option for families or those who want to stay in a calm region, but at the same time be near Mykonos town and the island’s famous beaches. 15 minutes away from the picturesque town, and 3 minutes from the famous beach "Kalo Livadi", as well as "Agia Anna Kalafati" beach, it can combine all your needs.
The villa includes 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with two single beds) each one having its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area/living room. In the exterior spaces, there is a garden and a veranda with an imaginary sea view. One part of it is roofed, offering an exceptionally comfortable stay outdoors.

The villa has been licensed by the Greek Organization of Tourism to rent to tourists.

We spent a wonderful week in a magnificent house. The view is exceptional, the house is perfectly maintained, very clean and very practical. It has a lot of charm. The most beautiful beaches are a 5-minute drive away, as is the pretty village of Ano Mera. The host is very welcoming and attentive. As this is a large house divided into several adjoining units, you just need to make sure that the neighbors aren't too noisy. For our part, there were no neighbors except on the 1st evening (we were a bit scared because we could hear them as if they were with us!), and so nothing disturbed our peace afterwards when they left. You can hear a little music from Anastasia's village hotel, which is 300 meters away, but it didn't bother us, and it doesn't last late into the evening. If this point is agreed in advance with the owner, I would recommend this exceptional rental without any hesitation.

Perfect stay
The house was very clean and spacious, exactly like in the pictures. Amazing terrace outside, perfect for brunches. The location is not easy to find (you'll need a car), Thanasis and Natalia helped us getting there and were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay (and flexible with check-in times: our flight was delayed so we got there at night!). Recommended!
