It has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, 2 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, next to the house there is a public park, tennis and soccer courts.
The house is spacious and very bright, all rooms have ventilation and exterior views.

Lovely villa in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada
The villa is spacious and comfortable, there were 6 of us and a baby, with a lovely pool and outside area with a lovely view. It is part of a newly built area. There is more room on the lower floor that we didn't need to use. The owners are friendly and very helpful, as was their agent. It is a relatively easy drive from Malaga airport and it is possible to park on the road. It makes a great base for visiting the coast, Granada the Sierra Nevada National Park and the villages of the Alpujarras. It is walking distance from Dúrcal, although it is a steep hill. Dúrcal isn't touristy, but has a few restaurants and bars. There is a big supermarket a short drive away and local shops in Dúrcal. Only slight disadvantage is the number of dogs in the nearby houses that do bark quite a lot.
