This modern, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on the quiet end of the malecon (waterfront), 250 metres from the water, with views of the bay and surrounding hills. It is within walking distance to all of the best restaurants in La Paz as well as shopping and nearby local beaches.

Designed and built by an award winning architect in Mexico, the house comes with all of the modern amenities including: air conditioning, private pool, gas bbq, firepit, wifi, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, parking, security gate and a true indoor-outdoor living experience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large, view terrace and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and spa shower. The other 2 guest bedrooms both come with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers and a small, private terrace. The living area opens up to the private pool and large, partially shaded terrace that is equipped with a bbq and fire pit.

The home has wonderful property managers named Dora and Theo who speak both english and spanish. They will help get you settled in the home upon arrival and will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Also, we believe in supporting the community we live in. 5% of all rental proceeds will be donated towards helping some of the poorer communities in La Paz.

Esta a estrenar, moderno, 3 dormitorios, 3.5 baños está situado en el extremo tranquilo del Malecón (paseo marítimo), 250 metros de agua, con vistas a las colinas de la bahía y sus alrededores. Está a poca distancia de todos los mejores restaurantes de La Paz, así como tiendas y cerca de las playas locales.

Diseñado y construido por un arquitecto ganador del premio en México, la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas incluyendo: aire acondicionado, piscina privada, barbacoa de gas, calentador, wifi, estufa de gas, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora-secadora, estacionamiento, puerta de seguridad y una experiencia de verdadera vida interior y exterior.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama, grandes, vista terraza y baño privado con ducha doble de vanidad y spa. Las otras 2 habitaciones ambos cuentan con camas queen, baños con duchas y una pequeña terraza privada. El salón abre a lo privado piscina y gran terraza parcialmente sombreada que está equipado con un hoyo de la barbacoa y el fuego.

La casa cuenta con administradores de la propiedad maravillosa llamados Dora y Theo que hablan inglés y español. Le ayudaremos se instaló en la casa a su llegada y estará disponibles para responder cualquier pregunta que pueda tener durante su estancia.

También, creemos en el apoyo a la comunidad en que vivimos. 5% de todos los ingresos de alquiler, serán donado para ayudar a algunas de las comunidades más pobres de La Paz.

Refundable Damage Deposit C$750

For stays longer than 1 week, an additional $75 USD per week will be charged for weekly cleaning service.

Rental Damage Insurance must be purchased for $59 USD for stays up to 1 week or a $750 CAD damage deposit can be made at the time of booking which will be returned 7 days after your stay provided no damage to the property has occurred. For longer stays, a larger rental damage protection policy amount may be required with a premium cost of up to $99 USD.

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
