Sea House is a four bedroom holiday home overlooking the sea which can accommodate 8 people and is 20 yards from the beach. Sea House is modern, light and newly refurbished with an upstairs sitting room with full length windows offering wonderful sea views. There is a dining table which can seat 8. There is a travel cot provided but linen is not included.
Upstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with a bath and loo.
Downstairs are three further bedrooms- one double, one twin and one with bunk beds. There is also a shower room on the ground floor with a large shower cubicle and power shower plus loo.There is a garage which is ideal to store bikes, beach kit and also has an extra fridge. Outside the house there are 2 private parking spaces.
There is a small enclosed garden and there is a large picnic table to enjoy the sunshine. You are just a stones throw from the beach . There are cafes, playgrounds and amenities all within walking distance at Rustington and Littlehampton. There is a coastal walk which runs form Goring to Littlehampton which is popular with walkers and passes outside the house. The promenade is useful for walking, pushing a pram or bike for children. There is a skate park within walking distance too. and a new cafe and bar opposite.
It is situated in a quiet residential area ideal for families and groups wishing to take advantage of the sea side setting.
