Holiday House Villa Nikita is on the sea in one of the most beautiful areas of Sperlonga where the sea and nature are untouched. You will enjoy total relaxation magic that a vacation will present you almost on the beach. Il Villino has a large private area outside the house with patio where adults and children can enjoy all hours of the day in total privacy.
We are in Via Salette a few meters from the beach, practically with the sand of the beach that reaches almost the entrance gate of the villa Nikita. At 100m the La Nave plant is the best Sperlonga can offer you in this area in terms of service, entertainment, evening shows. An umbrella + 2 sunbeds are booked and included in the rent of the house. At all hours of your days on the beach are always available establishment and accessories and a clear sea.
Entering by car or car (max 2) from the wide gate you can park in the private space of the house in an exclusive area and closed to third parties. There is also plenty of room for games for toddlers that may be left being the totally confined space. A large patio is functional for enjoying cool hours during the day on the many occasions in the company of friends.
Entering the house we are now in a large living room with kitchen space. Here we find every useful accessory to your banquets and is available to guests a comfortable table suitable for up to 8 people. In the kitchen they are supplied with pots, dishes, plates and cups, oven, refrigerator, etc. The natural wood furnishings give a pleasant rustic environment. A kit of the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed useful to enjoy the TV and for the night.

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Nave beach establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here you will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 beds. The establishment is comfortable and unsurpassed services, easy to reach on foot. The service is active from around 1 June to 1 September.
The house has internal parking spaces at home.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax entered into force fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.
A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. The check-out is at 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged hairy friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
However, we advise you that there are no beaches that allow animals to enter Sperlonga.

Walking around
Sperlonga is one of several villages of the province and offers a lot to its guests. How to reach the house
For those arriving by car you should not come to Sperlonga center but get in Salette area from Sperlonga sports area. Arriving by train is the most functional station Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary by taxi and bus transportation to our country.
