This 1920's Hollywood-Style Art Deco period town-home is a great and affordable location for your family trip to Silverwood, or week enjoying beautiful lake Coeur d' Alene. The townhome is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a large living area. The property is .25 of an acre providing lots of outdoor/patio space . Each main bedroom has a queen bed, and the spare bedrooms are arranged with a twin/full bunk bed. Sleep one on the top and two on the bottom bunk. The large living area also is furnished with a premier futon and mattress, comfortably accommodating 7. In addition there is a full kitchen completely stocked with all the necessities, a laundry area, and dining area.
Best of all you can enjoy what N. Idaho is most famous for-the outdoors! The house has a large yard, perfect for kids, and outdoor dining and cooking area.

The house is furnished with a Flat screen HD television, DVD player, Free-WiFi, Netflix account, large video library, book library, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, stove top, oven, washer, dryer, fireplace, pots, pans, dishes, gas grill, cooking and eating utensils.

Also available with the rental is the use of a sit atop kayak, fishing poles, 3 adult bikes, and 4 kid bikes. Please notify us in advance if you would like to take advantage of these amenities.

*PRICE FLEXIBILITY: Our desire is to be competitively priced with current market rates. However if were not, and you were able to find something better, please just provide us with a copy of your inquiry response from a competitor's house that has similar sleeping capacity, bedrooms, amenities, and location, and we will try and beat it. Please give us an opportunity to earn your business!

GREEN CLEANED:

Both houses are cleaned using methods and products that are designed to preserve human health and environmental property. Please inquire for more DUE to COVID-19 extra cleaning precautions are being implemented to prevent the spread of the virus. This includes the use of disinfectants, higher temperatures, and bedding/linens cleaned at least in water of 140 degrees as recommended.

Cancelled last minute
They cancelled on us last minute and didn’t return any of the funds including the fx change. Please get this dealt with asap and quit sending how was your stay emails as we didn’t stay there.

Location Perfect!
We stayed during the end of July so we could spend the week at silverwood without kids. It was a perfect distance away. We also spent a couple evenings at the beach close to the house. The location is perfect. Can hear a bit of noise from the joining side but we were out all day most of the days. Also close to the natural food markets and Costco.

Andrew canceled my stay the day of my reservation with no sort of compensation for the extra costs I had to book a new place same day. I was notified at 3 am and there was no other communication or reply’s from him. Very disappointing, I do not recommend booking with him.

My husband and I purchased this home in 2005. He grew up in Coeur d' Alene but attended school in Texas. I'm an Orange County girl, and was fortunate enough to meet somebody to bring me to this beautiful part of the country! We both are employed by a major airline and spend most of our free time using up those flight benefits! We have traveled to over 50 countries, and every time we pick up some sort of artifact to display at the vacation home!

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect location. Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away that you can sleep quietly and peacefully. Coeur d' Alene has something for everybody! You will never get bored, and if for some odd reason you do, we have plenty of ideas for you. We love to share the local secrets with our guests!

What makes this property unique

We have been to some of the world’s most famous lakes-Lake Bled of Slovenia, Lake Powell, and even the lakes of Northern Italy, and can honestly say that none compare to the beauty of Coeur d' alene. Just a short 5 min walk from the house, you will find world class swimming holes! Enjoy your trip and if there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know.
