Family vacation
Our family 5 adults stayed at Villa Serena for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our time at the casa. Having a vehicle is highly recommended
Our Likes:
The deck is awesome. This is the only place we sat while in the casa. It has great views and watching the whales added to the experience.
The unit has 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and separate A/C in each room
The pool is steps away and overlooks the ocean
Dislikes
We were hoping to spend evenings on the deck bbqing. The unit only had a crappy 18 inch charcoal bbq. We tried it once and decided dining out was the way to go.
Water pressure is bad. Especially the hot water. Initially we had no hot water but that was rectified by turning the thermostat on the hot water tank to max.
Some of the lights inside were either burnt out or did not work. Because we spent most time on the deck it was not a big issue.
Overall thoughts.
The development is 30 years old. The area and the casa are still nice but everything is starting to age and become dated.
If a propane bbq was added we would consider coming back again.
