The house consists of a beautifully decorated living room, kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking and dishwasher, two double bedrooms, spacious bathroom with separate toilet, dressing room and veranda overlooking the garden and is equipped with furniture outdoor (wooden chairs and table) and barbecue. In accommodation there are also the TV with satellite dish, DVD player, wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and fans in both bedrooms.

Séjour à Santa Teresa di Gallura
Nous avons été accueillis par Teresa qui est très gentille. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé, proche du centre-ville de Santa Teresa di Gallura. Points positifs : Vous pouvez tout faire à pied : supermarché, restaurants, plage de Rena bianca. Les autres plages (elles sont toutes magnifiques) se trouvent à 10 mn en voiture. Petite ville dynamique avec de l'animation en soirée. Points négatifs : vous êtes en ville, il y a donc le bruit de la rue, d'un bar à proximité et des habitants de l'immeuble d'à côté qui circulent et parlent devant la fenêtre de la chambre (cour intérieure avec des canapés)

Casa accogliente e ben attrezzata con l'unico problema delle formiche in casa. Un grazie particolare alla signora Teresa sempre disponibile e attenta ai nostri bisogni durante il nostro soggiorno

Pulizia ottima, posizione comoda vicina al centro paese e alla spiaggia, proprietario gentilissimo! Cucina nuova. Velux guasto in una camera molto scomodo da aprire senza sistema di apertura automatica. Purtroppo non c'è parcheggio privato. In generale buon soggiorno!

Vicino al centro - vicino alla spiaggia Rena bianca
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 31 luglio al 10 agosto. La casa si trova in un residence a circa 10 min. a piedi dal centro città (molto vivo la sera, numerosi ristoranti, bar e gelaterie) e circa 15 min. dalla spiaggia Rena bianca (mare molto bello ma sempre molto/troppo affollata). Con la macchina sono raggiungibili anche altre spiagge molto belle nella zona. A circa 30 min. a Porto Pollo, la spiaggia dei gabbiani, mare cristallino, chioschetti per mangiare o fare un aperitivo, possibilità di praticare windsurf. Alla casa non manca nulla (2 stanze, cucina, verandina, salottino con TV) se non quell'impressione che manca quella leggera attenzione per renderla ancora migliore. Forse manca solamente una "rinfrescata", questa è comunque l'impressione dell'intero residence. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo molto gentile, così come alla partenza. L'unico neo alla partenza, avendo la nave alle 22.30 è stato il rilascio delle chiavi, alle 16.00. Forse avvertendo con qualche giorno di anticipo saremmo riusciti ad organizzarci meglio con i padroni di casa. Ad ogni modo l'esperienza è stata positiva. I prezzi in Sardegna non sono affatto bassi e questo appartamento non fa eccezioni, ad ogni modo buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
