Spacious Mountain House of 250 M2 on Large Private Plot of Land, Very beautiful, bright rooms, beautiful volumes, Facing SOUTH, in full hillsides, open view not overlooked.

The village of ESCRAGNOLLES is a small Provencal village,
It is reached by the Napoleon road, our house is 5 minutes walk from the Village, there is a supermarket (fresh bread). a tobacconist, a restaurant, and a hairdresser.
15 minutes by large car with (petrol station) Large cultural and cinema space,
Provencal market.

We are 45 minutes from the sea (CANNES, MANDELIEU, ANTIBES

Numerous Aquatic attractions and entertainment (MARINELAND - AQUASPLASH in ANTIBES - OCEANOGRAPHIC INSTITUTE in MONACO), Parasailing, Water skiing, Buoy, (in MANDELIEU, CANNES, ANTIBES, NICE)


Numerous cultural distractions (MAEGHT foundation in Saint Paul de VENCE, PICASSO museum in ANTIBES, PIERRE BONNARD museum in LE CANNET).

This was the perfect holiday
We had the BEST time en Escragnolles what a wonderful little mountain town. And the two hosts Jean and Dian was SO sweet and helpful. This is a hous where you get everything you need, big house the best pool area. JUST PERFECT. Thank you SO MUCH❤️

Maison spacieuse et très agréable
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et la discrétion des propriétaires. Les + : La maison très spacieuse, la piscine chauffée, la terrasse extérieure, le calme. Les - : L'accès pour garer la voiture (pente très raide). Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour en famille.

Erholung pur
Aus einer Vorauswahl von 5 Ferienhäusern war dieses Haus schnell und ohne Überlegung gebucht. Es hat alles, was wir für den Urlaub brauchten und noch mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, trotz der hohen Temperaturen(über 30°C). Es gibt eine Terrasse, die immer im Schatten ist. Der Pool sorgt für Abkühlung und zusätzliche Entspannung. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter sind äußerst diskret, aber dennoch jederzeit ansprechbar und geben Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder einen Restaurantbesuch. Unsere 2 Wochen Aufenthalt dort sind wie im Fluge vergangen. Dieses Haus werden wir auf jeden Fall auf dem Plan haben, wenn wieder eine Auszeit ansteht. Vielen Dank an Diane et Jean-Luc für den herzlichen Empfang und den überaus angenehmen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus.
