This condo is in an extremely central location and is well looked after and secure. Located on the 5th floor the suite is laid out in a bachelor style with separated sleeping area and all the amenities you would want in a high end hotel style stay. As a guest you will have access to all of the common areas in the building including Gym, Common room / Games room and Parking if you desire. Parking can be had at an additional $10 per night. The neighborhood is fantastic and is convenient to everything. There are some amazing coffee spots and restaurants close by all within walking distance. You also have parks and the ocean just a short stroll away.

We are a younger adventure driven couple that loves to travel. I am a REALTOR and Dana is a small business owner selling baby accessories. We love the flexibility that Vacation rentals gives us as property owners and love to meet new people.

Parking is available if you have a car at an additional $10/day. parking can sometimes be an issue in downtown Victoria. The building also has a fully supplied Gym and common recreation room.

Great location!

Great location to downtown. Easy walk to hop on hop off bus line and the waterfront. Wish owner provided more details with the check-in / check-out procedure. Was very surprised at how low the bed was to the floor and there was only the pillows that were on the bed provided. Wish there were extra pillows and trash bags.

Convenient location

Great location! Located downtown, walking distance to restaurants, movie theatres, shopping, the inner harbour, parks. The condo was clean and well equipped. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. We found the pillows to be too flat for our liking. Good amount of closet space. The condo is warm, we had to open the windows during the day to let cool air in and we used the fan at night. One of the blinds needs to be repaired. We took advantage of the secure underground parking as there is limited street parking in the area. Overall a comfortable weekend stay for a couple. We would stay here again.

Would stay again!

Pros: Awesome location. Excellent and helpful host. Pet friendly a bonus! Underground parking for $10 a day also a bonus. Bed was comfy. Entertainment system looked sweet though we didn’t use it. Cons: security in the building was annoyingly tight. Have to use your fob for way too many doors. Could have been a spec cleaner but pretty great overall. Kitchen could use a blender of some kind. We love fresh air at night and found the apartment stifling hot and stuffy even with the windows open at night. Cozy during the day for coffe time though! Bus staging area below the apartment could be very loud. Thanks for a great stay overall. We’ll be back!

The BC transit buses below spoiled the experience running late into the night and early morning, otherwisse the place was well equipped and very well located. Ear plugs and a white sound maker are a must

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is close to everything, from restaurants, shopping, attractions and the bus. It was also very well stocked to meet your basic needs. Clean, quiet and safe.
