Beautiful T3 of 70m2 (excluding terrace) comfortable, on the ground floor, facing south. Large living room, new kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, four ceramic hobs, lots of storage cupboards. The bright room, very ventilated with a seating area that can accommodate two people in two trundle beds (two beds 80 side by side or a double bed 160) .a hallway separates the bedroom 1 (WC separate) .in this, a 140-bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe and storage cupboard. the bathroom is ensuite.

Room # 2 communicates with the living room, it also has an adjoining bathroom with second toilet, two lilies of 80 or 160 bed

The location of the property in Diamond allows you to enjoy the beautiful beach of Diamond ventilated, three kilometers long, the favorite place for joggers Sunday morning, walkers and of course swimmers who love to feel wear in the pounding waves. Not far away, you are 6km and you are at Anse d'Arlet, the sea is a haven of peace. It becomes azure lake where children can wade safely. Anse d'Arlet Anse are beautiful, set into the mountains, the hills along this portion of the southern Caribbean coast. The vegetation is generous, typical of the tropics.

Come to Diamond reconciles these two aspects of the sea but also to limit travel, Diamant is a very good compromise, halfway between Fort de France and the south of Martinique, ideal location to visit
