About this property

Peaceful and friendly holiday home with a swimming poll for you and your family

WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAY TO FRIDAY, IN BLOCKS OF 6,13 AND 20 NIGHTS

We have lovely 9m by 4m swimming pool with a surrounding terrace for sun bathing. The existing veranda is renewed with steps leading down to a covered dining area, which will seat 12 people.

TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE HOUSE WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A DETAILED CLEANING AND DISINFECTING SCHEDULE WHICH WE USE AFTER THE GUESTS LEAVE AND BEFORE THE NEXT GUESTS ARRIVE.

THE AREA IS SELF-ISOLATING AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVACY IN THE HOUSE AND IN THE GARDEN.

On arrival, we will need the information from your passports or ID card so that we can register you in with the local tourist office. This is for your benefit should you need the emergency services, so that they know who you are and where you are staying. That is the law here.

You are advised to have your own holiday insurance because you are not covered by us.

Alles war gut ausgestattet. Pool war sogar frisches Wasser gemacht worden.
Netter Vermieter, gute Lage,alles Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur die Stechmücken waren nervig. Pool wurde sogar frisch nochmals gefüllt.

Sehr schön sowohl Haus als auch Umgebung. Sehr netter Vermieter immer da wenn etwas war. Super sauber und alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht. Hatten super entspannte Ferien und konnten uns erholen. Sehr zentrale gelegen das Haus. Wir werden wieder kommen. Wer hier bucht hat super Urlaub. Dankeschön an den Vermieter!

We live on the premises in a house next door to the main, large house, so we are mostly available to help you with any inquiries you may have.

Why they chose this property

We are located 5 km from the historic town of Porec and the beautifully clean and warm Adriatic sea.
You may choose to take a short car drive to a number of beaches, all within 10 to 15 minuets drive from this house, where you can walk and enjoy the tranquillity of the beautiful scenery and the warm, clear, clean sea. Go snorkelling and experience the abundant, colourful shoals of many different fish and other sea life.
Perhaps you may like to go into town and enjoy a delicious meal at any of the many inexpensive restaurants, or just stroll through Porec and enjoy the warm evening and be serenaded by the musicians who perform at quite a few of the many bars. The near by hotels are open to non residence and they always have entertainment going on; be it a band or dancers or a magic show or acrobats and so on.
It is not just the summertime that is beautiful here in Istria. Quite often you can sunbath on the veranda in February, March and the temperature can reach 26+ degrees centigrade. In the springtime Istria is a beautiful place to be when the blossom and flowers are out.

What makes this property unique

Self contained house with a large garden. Peaceful , friendly and safe for the children in the enclosed fenced garden. Pets are welcomed.
