The apartment is brand new and located in the center, just steps from the main street.
L 'house consists of a spacious and welcoming outdoor veranda, equipped with kitchen-sink area, table, chairs and a nice fireplace, where you can make barbecues.
Inside is the kitchen (all the equipment, including cookware is new) with a sofa bed, TV and 4 additional wall units not yet visible in the photos. The bedrooms are two double and one single. The bathroom has a shower, sanitary, washing machine; the controlled ventilation system allows an efficient air exchange.

Sardegna e Bellissima!
Everything about our stay in Tortoli was excellent. Location (close to beautiful beaches and not too far from hiking), cleanliness of accommodation, but most especially the hosts Luigina and Giovanni. They made us feel at home and very welcome. They were helpful, personable and also gave us privacy. We would highly recommend this property. Ciao

Prima volta in questa zona della Sardegna. Casa pulitissima e in zona strategica vicinissima al centro di Tortoli. Posto auto sempre presente. Luigina persona correttissima.

Saubere, kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft
Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr diskrete, nette Dame. Sie war bemüht unser Problem zu lösen. Im allgemeinen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings finden wir das Appartement zu viert zu klein. Für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind perfekt. 1 Person muss auf jeden Fall auf dem Schlafsofa in der Küche schlafen, welches der Durchgang zum Aussenbereich ist. Das hat uns persönlich gestört. Das zweite was wir bemängeln ist, dass in der Anzeige WLAN stand, jedoch nur ein fast nicht funktionierender Hotspot zur Verfügung stand. Da wir beim Aelektieren explizit WLAN eingegebenen haben u letztendlich auch dafür gezahlt haben, war dies enttäuschend. Muss aber jeder selbst wissen, ob einem dies wichtig ist. Wir benötigten es leider auch stellenweise beruflich. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen, es war sauber, das was man an Koch- Utensilien benötigt, war vorhanden. Zum Schluss möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass wir die Wohnung an unserem letzten Aufenthaltestag nicht geputzt haben, da wir von einer Endreinigung durch den Gastgeber ausgegangen sind. Danke Luigina für den angenehmen Aufenthalt
