SKI IN/OUT: With 2400 SF - this duplex is one of the largest in Saddlewood. It is spacious, beautiful and located adjacent to Snowflake lift (50 yards). Address is 56 Bluff Court. Located between Peaks 8 and 9 and a short 15 minute walk to town.

RELAX IN COMFORT AND STYLE: This upscale home is full of extras not found in other rentals plus internet service. You will never be chilled with radiant floor heating, fireplace, private hot tub (located off family room), Jacuzzi tub, and heated garage!


The main living area features an open floor plan with two full couches (one is a pull out bed), flat screen TV, chair/ottoman, fireplace, and well equipped kitchen for the chef in the group. Gas grill conveniently located on deck off kitchen.

A full bath and bedroom with queen-size bed finish off the main floor.


The lower level features a family room; bedroom with 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), full bath, and washer and dryer.


The master suite has a king-size bed and full bath: Jacuzzi tub, shower stall and double sink.

The Saddlewood community offers a very unique location. With Snowflake Lift right outside the back door, we can go from thinking about hitting the slopes to being on the lift in less than 5 minutes ... we've done it! The center of the Town of Breckenridge is short walk down the hill.

Hello Katie, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your Breckenridge home! It is so comfortable and beautiful! We had an amazing time. We loved "hiking" to the reservoir almost everyday. We went horseback riding at the Breckenridge stables--the horses walked the entire time which was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the Alpine slide, the Georgetown Loop and rafting, too! We had an incredible vacation! We had dinner most nights at home and enjoyed cooking in your kitchen--we had everything we needed … your Breckenridge home is incredible!Cathy J.

Well equipped home in perfect ski in/out location

This a perfect home if you are interested in a private ski in/out location. It is latterly steps off of Snowflake and from there you can quickly get to the base of 8 or 9. Easy stop for lunch.

This house is well equipped and exactly as listed with plenty of sleeping options. Electronics, linins, towels and hot tub are all well suited for a top notch vacation. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen and grill will be a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen cook wear, glass wear, and appropriate left overs from previous renters were all a very welcomed surprise.

Don't look any further - just book this one. The only down side is that is a walk to town and even longer walk up the hill back.

Great location for family ski vacation

Our family of nine ( 6 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful ski vacation in Breckenridge. This property is perfect for a family vacation. Located directly on Snowflake Lift, it is a short ski down to get on the lift with a get along trail back to the house. The town is an easy walk down with a more challenging walk back up! Free ride service is available if you aren't up to the walk. There were more amenities available in the house than mentioned. Only negative was that the sleeper sofa on the lower level did not work. The frame has been bent and the mattress is mostly springs with no padding. We had hoped to put one child on the sleeper. He had to share the king size bed upstairs with his parents. The property was clean and we would recommend for parties of 7 adults or 8 if there are children. We enjoyed our stay.

Maple Grove

Beautiful Home, Close to Trails

The home was perfect for our summer long weekend in Breckendridge! We enjoy nature more than commerce and the condo had a perfect balance of both. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. My husband, 3 adult sons, and grandson stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed walking the nearby trails as well as walking to the quaint town of Breckenridge. We also rented mountain bikes just down the hill at Charter Sports. Close to everything, but also set just far enough from town in case you like a quiet retreat. It's very enjoyable. The only possible downside is the other side of the condo, which when we stayed had a family with lots of little ones who woke up early and played hard... we could hear every giggle, argument, and running up and down the stairs, but if you have kids and don't mind hearing your neighbors, it won't be an issue. We would definitely return!

Saddlewood Unit 56 Bluff Court

My wife and I are extremely familiar with the units at Saddlewood. We love summer vacations in Breck and enjoy the location of Saddlewood. Unit #56 was no exception. With Snowflake run behind you, the views from the balcony (and the front porch) are beautiful. (We would have enjoyed the balcony a bit more with a couple of chairs for lounging and taking in the morning sun!). Saddlewood is a great location, private, quiet, and lovely. The unit itself met most all of our expectations. Clean, comfortable, neat, provisioned appropriately, and in working order (save a couple of windows that need attention). The owners were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The only criticism we both have of the unit is the mattress in the master bedroom. My wife and I are very particular (that's why we rent at Saddlewood), but sleep is of paramount importance to us when on vacation. It makes a huge difference in what you feel like doing and your enjoyment of the time away. A master bed mattress that bounces with every movement of your partner (when you are asleep) tends to wake you up. If one of us got up in the middle of the night, it was hard not to wake the other as hard as we tried not to. Other than the master bedroom mattress, we had a great time in Breck and enjoyed Unit #56 Bluff Court. We would definitely stay there again if Katie and Roy decide to upgrade the MBRM mattress!!

Great Location and Place

We had 2 families with 10 people and the townhouse fit us all great. The unit was well maintained. The ski in and out saved lots of $$ at lunch on the mountain and it was an easy walk to town.

Good communication with owners and everything was easy to find once checked in. We had a great trip and stay.
