A romantic attic full of light and color with six arched windows and two large terraces overlooking the Gulf of Poets.
A large double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Room: double bed and sofa table cabinets in the kitchen: fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven and microwave; in the bathroom window, shower, sink and toilet.
What makes it unique are spectacular views, the nice and the convenience of being in the center of the country. This means being a step away from bars, restaurants, groceries, laundromat, bank, bus stop to Portovenere (3 km) and La Spezia (10 Km.), Stop summer boat to Portovenere and the island Palmaria, everything this being in a peaceful village, away from the noise and crowds.
In front of the house in addition to the two gardens, a small beach and the possibility to rent rafts.
To better organize the tourist routes to the 5 lands and the other villages overlooking the Gulf, they are available to guests tourist guides in various languages, timetables of trains and boats, and the Wi-fi service.
The four-storey walk to reach it are very well rewarded, and is perfect for young couples.

Fantastic home base for visiting the Cinque Terre
Carlas apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful location, comfortable bed and huge terrace with sun loungers and a view of the bay. The locals are nice and friendly. We loved the pizza at Marinara. Its easy to get around the area by car or bus. We caught the bus to Portovenere for a day and a short trip into La Spezia puts you right on the regional trains to Cinque Terre. We really enjoyed our stay in Le Grazie and hope to be back some day.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt geeignet. Jedoch sollte man 90 Treppenstufen ohne Probleme meistern können. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war super nett. Wir werden das. Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo delizioso attico direttamente sul mare. L'appartamento è piccolo, ideale per due persone. Come segnalato nell'annuncio l'accesso non è munito di ascensore e può risultare un pò faticoso ma è ottimo per tenersi in forma! La posizione è ideale come base per poter visitare tutto il Golfo dei Poeti anche senza dover utilizzare l'auto. La sig. a Carla è molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento assolutamente consigliato

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, die jung oder noch fit sind.Vierter Stock ohne Aufzug, aber eine angenehme Treppe. Bad und Küche sind klein aber Zweckmässig. Im Aussen Bereich , zwei Terrassen, wären wir froh gewesen wenn Tische und gute Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden gewesen wären. Da die Wohnung direkt in der Dorfmitte liegt ist man direkt verbunden mit dem Leben der Bewohner von Le Grazie. Wir hatten zwei tolle und erholsame Wochen .
