Convenient
The location of this property was superb. We were close to everything that we needed. I was there for my college graduation. The staduim was just 10 minutes from the property. The house was small but we made it work. We had a snafu upon our arrival but it was cleared up the next morning. I would recommend this property. But to no more than 5 people.

Small but fenced backyard. Great for pets.
Would stay there again. Small but perfect size for us. In an area that is quickly becoming gentrified. Landlord was great and even offered to go food shopping for us when we came down with COVID during stay.

Cozy house good for pets.
This is not the fanciest house on the block. But you get what you pay for. What sets this place apart is TJ the realtor. We caught COVID while on vacation and he was there at our beck and call for anything we needed. This wasn’t a house, it was a home away from home when we needed just that. You could rent a cave from this man and it would feel like home.

It was perfect my kids loved the Netflix and the Wi-Fi of course. My dogs never felt out of place with the huge yard space and the doggie doors. Had perfect parking space for both my car and the kids car. I also like that washer and dryer was available and the kitchen was set up for cooking many local options for dining in

It was perfect... very pet friendly large yard for my pets, The Wi-Fi was perfect to entertain my kids on their devices and the quiet was perfect for me to read a book indoors or outdoors would Recommend to family and friends and will return to Tampa and stay here again also great communication with the Host.. I fell into vacation rentals by offering my own homes for short term, vacation & corporate housing some years ago. I have booked beyond my wildest imagination.
