It is a very nice property, our family really enjoyed the stay! Also Mr. Milian and Mr. Sho are nice
Only issues we experience were some times the pump made big noise and leaking, also most our family got mosquitoes or bugs bite.

It was perfect!
We visited Belize July 4-9 and stayed in this beautiful home. There were 5 couples in all. We had more than plenty of room. Prior to our arrival, the Williams provided great information to help make our trip a memorable one. The two gentlemen who care for the Home were very responsive and very nice. If you are traveling with a large group, this home is ideal. It is gorgeous inside! Thank you for sharing your home with us! If we come back to Belize, we know where to stay!

Perfect home
My family and I were in Belize for a family reunion, we were looking for a home that would accommodate several people for a full week. When looking for a home on VBRO I found this home. I reached out to the owner Mr. Myles and he answered all of my questions and we stayed in contact throughout the months. When we arrived at the home on June 20, 2018 after a long flight from the US, everyone was pleasantly surprised with the home. We were greeted by one of the caretakers Mr. Sho and he showed us the home and showed us what we needed. He also left his number to call if we needed anything, very nice, helpful and friendly man. The home can accommodate a large family comfortably. It is in a very quiet and secure area in Ladyville and is a short drive from the airport and Belize City. We only had one issue with the water going out and Mr. Sho was right on top of it and was able to get a plumber to the house right away to repair, Mr. Sho always made sure we were comfortable. The house was very modern, central air, washing machine/dryer. kitchen well equip, beautiful balcony, etc. When we left out in the evening either Mr. Sho or another caretaker Hugh would come over and watch the house. We felt very safe and secure. We will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Myles for the rental of his home for future visits. And I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Belize who is looking for a home with space. It was perfect for us.

Lovely home and excellent owner/caretaker
This Ladyville home is modern, beautiful, spacious, has several bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and was perfect for us (7). Beautiful Belizian wood interior, including floors. Everything was exactly as promised in the listing. The owners' communication was timely - and I asked lots of questions (Thank you, Myles'.). They were available by telephone and text weeks before we arrived. Provided information on vehicle rentals and eateries. The Wifi worked. Close and easy to find from the airport. Plenty of parking. Our caretaker went (it seemed to us) much out of his way to answer our questions, explain things, help us settle in, respond when we needed help, and he had stocked a few groceries. (Thank you, Maturinosho, for COFFEE!) He gave us a few keys so we could come and go independently. I don't think you could have a better experience in Belize City. Highly recommended - AAA+

What makes this property unique

Our home is ideally situated very near the airport and overlooks a quite lake. The viewing tower affords a panoramic view of the surrounding area for miles around. On an early morning walk around the property, nature unfolds itself through the many birds butterflies and possibly other wild life you will see. An evening on the balcony under the stars is nothing short than magnificent.
