Within walking distance lies the charming little town Noci, "città enogastronomica". The accommodation comprises 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms, one with extra double sofa-bed (made up on request), large kitchen-diner including fully equipped kitchen, dining area with extendable table and TV/sofa corner, and a utility room with washing machine. The extra eating area with sunshade on the wide balcony is perfect for dining "al fresco" at all times of the day or evening. All the bedrooms also lead out onto the balcony. A dip in the large private swimming pool is a great way to cool off on a hot summer's day and there is ample space with sun loungers and outside shower. The pool is shared only occasionally with the owners, who live on the property. A BBQ can be used in the garden. There's plenty of space to park, too, and the whole property is fenced, with electric gates for security. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick various fruits in the large garden.
