Charming Home Near Rybovich Yachts

Welcome to our charming 1940's-era vacation home! This adorable house is located close to beaches and Rybovich Yachts in the historic neighborhood of Old Northwood, just minutes to Northwood's funky shops and eateries, West Palm Beach's CitiPlace and Palm Beach's elegant boutiques and restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Palm Beach Zoo and Lion Country Safari. The bungalow features hardwood floors, a cozy enclosed front porch, perfect for curling up and enjoying the peace and quiet. The lush outdoor space is complete with an area for dining al fresco, sun bathing, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine! Accommodations include a queen-size bed, as well as two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We also provide towels, bedding and some toiletries. All you need is a toothbrush, a bathing suit, and your sunglasses! The bungalow can be rented alone, or with the neighboring 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage, making a perfect compound for larger groups. Please call for availability on the cottage.

Great for Spring Training
We were close to the Astros Spring Training facility which we went to every single day for almost 6 weeks. The house was comfortable and convenient. The only problem we had was the garbage disposal starting leaking, but Clay was contacted and had a plumber out immediately and we were up and running in a few short hours. We had to leave early for a family emergency back in Texas and Clay was very understanding. Overall I would certainly stay here again!

A Sweet Spot!!
My friend and her grown daughters enjoyed this abode and were delighted to find a lovely area behind the home to soak in the sunshine!! The communication with the owners was fantastic....very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place!

Convenient and comfortable
This property was close to the Nationals and Astros baseball complex where our son played a PG tournament and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants (15mins). The small cottage was just right and had all the amenities needed for our stay! It has an old rustic feel to it and enjoyed staying there for 5 nights. The BBQ grill was also a nice tough in the back patio area.

Charmantes Haus in super Lage
Wir haben das Haus für drei Tage gemietet und waren rundum sehr happy mit unserer Wahl. Zur Begrüßung gab es kalte Getränke um Kühlschrank, Frühstück im Garten war perfekt, die Betten super bequem. Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet.
