Parquet floor, fully renovated and newly built fireplace, heating and air conditioning throughout the house. It is less than 15 m.andando city center and well connected (metro and bus to 1 mn. Walk) to move around the town, harbor, beaches and historic city, City of Arts and Sciences, port and upcoming beaches. The airport is 15 mn by taxi and 25 minutes by subway, door to door. And the train station and the AVE are next.
It's a great house.

Very nice apartment
We had a very nice stay in Valencia. The Apartment was great and we loved the balcony. It was a short way to everything, a large foodstore just around the corner and nice bakery in the same builiding. Dianas son and his grandfather welcomed us, both were very nice and polite. We highly recommend this apartment if you are planning a stay in Valencia

Muy buena experiencia
La casa reune todos los requisitos para sentirte cómodo/a. Muy grande y espaciosa con una terraza que todo el mundo quisiera tener. Los baños y la cocina muy limpios. La propietaria muy dispuesta y amable comprometida con sus inquilinos. Ha sido una gran experiencia y le recomiendo la propiedad a todo el que vaya a Valencia. Calidad/precio excelente.

absolut empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und aufwändig ausgestattet. Man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke und auch ein Supermarkt ist gut zu Fu0 erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. ich denke, es gibt keine bessere Wahl.

très bel appartement spacieux et très chaleureux de grande pièces a vivre une superbe terrasse. Très bien située métro boulangerie restaurant et super marche a proximité .Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances ,les propriétaires nous ont très bien reçu et sont vraiment très gentil ,nous recommandons cet appartement rapport qualité/prix rien a dire. encore merci

Bellissimo Attico , ampio e spazioso, con interni di lusso e molto comodo per visitare Valencia, grazie alla sua posizione centrale e a pochi passi dalla Metro; Proprietari molto disponibili e gentilissimi , dotato anche di garage privato e di tutte le comodità, ben rinfrescato con ottimi climatizzatori !
